ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Please follow these guidelines to avoid additional charges to your order.
Accepted File Types- We prefer Adobe Illustrator files. We also accept High Resolution PDF files with no transparency effects as well as EPS files. Adobe Photoshop files may be used for images with a 300 dpi resolution at 100%. Please refrain from setting text in Photoshop.

File Settings Required- Please submit artwork proportioned at the proper size. All images and text must be embedded or included separately. All artwork must include a minimum bleed of 0.0625" on all sides. All hidden or unused layers and graphics should be deleted. Any unused graphics outside the bleed area or off the art board should be deleted. DO NOT set Whites to Overprint.
For digital printing, please use CMYK color setting in your native file. If using designated colors, please make sure they are labeled properly within the file. When matching PMS colors using the digital printing process, please add an additional $25 for color matching. We match PMS colors as closely as possible using CMYK. Providing a swatch or previously order label for color matching is highly recommended.

For flexographic printing, please ensure all spot colors and die lines are correctly marked. When designing multiple labels that use common elements (common elements are specific graphics that use the same color separations and are positioned identically between all label versions to allow the same press plates to be reused between versions), be sure that the common elements are positioned exactly the same between versions and that colors are assigned correctly.

Color Matching- We cannot guarantee 100% Pantone color matching using our digital four color process press. If a Pantone number is specified or color sample matching required, please add an additional $25. Please keep in mind when sending in samples to match, that ink color if affected by the substrate, printing process, and more.

Press Proofs- For a digital press proofs, please contact our front desk directly. Each hard press proof will be $25. Please follow all artwork guidelines and color matching details to ensure a high quality press proof.

Artwork- At $125/hour, our in house designer can help you to improve your already existing artwork or create a brand new label!

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PENDING ORDERS OLDER THAN 30 DAYS WILL BE BILLED FOR THE PROOF AS 1/2 HOUR OF ARTWORK
